The amount of time drugs stay in your body depends on many factors such as, the amount of the drug taken, its strength, purity, your body weight and rate of metabolism and whether you are a casual user or a long term user.

Cocaine is an extremely addictive central nervous system stimulant. Many people, especially in the United States, abuse cocaine. According to the National Survey on the Use and Health of Drugs in 2009, in the united state, about 1.6 million children over the age of 12 were cocaine users. The widespread abuse of cocaine in the United States may be due to ignorance of the serious side effects of cocaine abuse in health. Cocaine is one of the illicit drugs that have powerful negative effects on the health of the abuser. There are terrible negative effects on the brain, heart and many other vital organs that cause long-term and life-threatening consequences among cocaine users.

Cannabis also called (marijuana) is one the most commonly used illegal drug in the world. It comes from the plant of cannabis sativa. It may be smoked or eaten, and there are various forms, such as leaves and flowers of dried plants ("heads"), a light brown or dark brown resin material called "hash", or hash oil which is a very potent oil. The chemical substance in cannabis that makes users feel "high" is called THC (delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol). THC is a psychoactive substance, which means it travels in a person's bloodstream to the brain. It interrupts the normal functioning of your brain and causes certain intoxicating effects.

Morphine is widely used for the treatment of severe acute and chronic pain, but long-term therapy rapidly leads to tolerance. Morphine effects are mediated by opioid receptor (MOP) activation as well as for fentanyl that, in contrast to morphine, induces less tolerance to analgesia. The mechanisms underlying opioid tolerance involve complex processes, such as MOP desensitization, internalization, and/or changes of gene expression. The cut off level of this test is 300 ng/ml.

Heroin is a highly addictive substance that began as a legal painkiller. However, individuals began to abuse the drug, which caused the United States and many other countries to make possession illegal.

Heroin is a drug that alters mood and gives users a feeling of euphoria. This is often accompanied by a deep state of relaxation that causes muscle relaxation and slow breathing. The long-term effects of heroin include respiratory failure, heart disease, and decreased liver function. Each of these side effects can lead to death. Since heroin is highly addictive, recreational users generally become addicted in a fairly short period of time. Apart from heroin addiction, humans tend to develop a tolerance to heroin after a few uses, which requires users to use the drug more and more to reach a high level.

MDMA

MDMA is an acronym that means 3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine, but MDMA is more commonly known as ecstasy. Ecstasy is also commonly known as E, X or XTC. The main effect of MDMA is most likely to stimulate the secretion of large amounts of dopamine in the brain.

This generally induces changes in the brain, including improved senses of openness, energy, euphoria, empathy and general well-being. Some users also experience an improvement in the tactile sensations that make physical contact much more pleasant. MDMA has been classified into a new category of pharmacological action, which is called "empathogen" or "entactogen".
